Mateusz Melich
Board Member & Shareholder
Mateusz brings more than 20 years of experience across capital markets, corporate finance and transaction advisory. His focus combines investment discipline with hands-on project financing and the development of utility-scale energy assets.

Mariusz Mikołajczyk
Board Member & Shareholder
Mariusz brings extensive experience in electrical engineering, technical infrastructure and the delivery of complex construction projects. He leads the technical and engineering side of projects, from system design and grid integration through to execution.

Rafał Dzierlatka
Board Member & Shareholder
Rafał combines extensive construction and operational experience with a strong focus on investment delivery. He is responsible for leading and supervising construction projects, coordinating their execution from preparation through completion and commissioning.

FIRST LARGE-SCALE ASSET IN OPERATION
The 16 MWp Jelenia Góra solar farm entered operation in Q1 2024.
